ADINA-FSI in large motion fluid structure interaction

The Turek-Hron FSI benchmark is an interesting case for large motion fluid structure interaction of a highly flexible solid and laminar incompressible flow.

The common vibroacoustic simulation models for strongly coupled structures and dense fluids are very accurate and efficient and can be solved linearly in ADINA for analyses both in time and frequency domains, see 2-WAY FEM HDR Blowdown

The Turek-Hron problem showed here involves fluid structure interaction of flow interacting with flexible solids requires coupling between the two domains in ADINA-FSI, and this benchmark is solved with the direct coupling capability.

Happy simulation!
