The rho_inf Bathe time integration method in wave propagations

Last year the further development of the Bathe time integration method into the rho_inf version was presented, see the Noh and Bathe article here.

The method has been implemented in ADINA 9.6 and here is an example problem showed. The problem was solved previously using the standard Bathe and Newmark methods in ADINA 9.5, as well as other methods in other commercial codes, see the previous analysis.

The new results show the same ADINA results as before, along with the rho_inf Bathe method with rho_inf selected 1, 0.9, 0.5 and 0. The first one is identical to the Newmark method (trapezoidal rule) with the substep division 0.5, therefore has the Newmark method been solved with 2x time steps also to show this equality. The last one is identical to the standard Bathe method. The values in between shows dispersion results that are between the ultimate results, as expected.
